Terms and Conditions for YTMUN are as follows:

1. Time zone followed by the conference is IST 

2. If applying as a chairperson , you must have atleast 6 MUNs of experience

3. Delegates and chairpeople from every diverse country is accepted

4. The mode of the conference is online 

5. School Delegations must have at least 4 students and 1 faculty advisor to be eligible to attend

6. Custom applications are open for public speakers for our leadership event , just mail the conference email if interested

7. The conference is completely free of cost

8. At the end of the conference , each delegate will be provided with a letter of recommendation and a certificate , provided they attend atleast 5 out of the 7 committee sessions

9. All directors will be provided with a letter of recommendation and a certificate provided they attend at least 50% of the committee sessions 

10. This conference completely prohibits any type of cyber crime

11. Any delegate or Chairperson found performing verbal harassment or personal bullying will be immediately disqualified from the awards and the conference itself

12. The word of the Secretary-General is final and binding

13. No racial or ethnic discrimination is accepted at this conference 

14. The YTMUN Team must be informed 100 hours prior to the conference of the absence of a delegate

YTMUN promises in the indulgence of quality debate , high-end conference management and attention to detail

15. YTMUN is entitled to disqualify any member
